“I’ve been weight training for over 20 years, and through that time had use of a number of coaches and personal trainers. My experience of their use is that either your objectives are provided to you by those trainers and coaches, which makes a long term relationship difficult, and/or complacency sets in and the quality of the advice and direction dips over time.Even though training has always been part of my life, prior to when I first began as a client of Luca’s, I was disillusioned and frustrated having had a period of being pressured into an over-focus on body fat above all else. I have been training with Johanna now for around 3 months. When I started I was in desperate need of some help and guidance to get me back in the gym training and using my body correctly as a 50 year old woman.It was hard to start with but after turning up and doing my best I am seeing my body move better and understanding how to try and correct years of bad habits.Johanna is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and I am improving with each session and getting stronger, I am looking forward to seeing where I can get to in the future.
