I have been training with Johanna now for around 3 months.  When I started I was in desperate need of some help and guidance to get me back in the gym training and using my body correctly as a 50 year old woman.It was hard to start with but after turning up and doing my best I am seeing my body move better and understanding how to try and correct years of bad habits.Johanna is incredibly knowledgeable, very patient and I am improving with each session and getting stronger, I am looking forward to seeing where I can get to in the future.
